Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge
On Tuesday, February 10, 2009, we went to the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge. We went on a small wetlands hike and saw a Bald Eagle as well as ducks, black birds, northern shovelers, and other small birds. We went on a drive and saw another Bald Eagle, lots of hawks, a peregrine falcon, colored black birds, a meadow lark, squirrels, jack rabbits, and deer, a northern harrier, a northern flicker, a downy woodpecker, a seagull, a burrowing owl, lots of snow geese, and white fronted geese, and canadian geese, and two ravens. It was a lot of fun! You should go some time!

Have you ever scene an otter? I'd love to see one in the wild.
